  3. BiB Support Union Del Barrio and call for a demilitarization of US/Mexico Border immediately
  4. Delegation of BiB Coalition members to visit the U.S./Mexico Border
  5. No African country should act as host for Africom and call for African people to mobilize around the world in opposition to Africom
  6. Oppose psychological warfare but as self defense we must support existing progressive revolutionary media.
  7. We unite that we will continue efforts to support struggle for reparations.
