The last three times, California Governor Edmond "Jerry" Brown reversed the grant of parole. As reasoning, he cited to Mr. Clutchette's supposed affiliation with the Black Guerilla Family and his association with the late George Jackson and the related historical episode (see attachments). It is noteworthy that John Clutchette was found not guilty by a 1972 jury of all charges associated with the Soledad Brothers case. I have spent over a year researching John Clutchette's story. I feel strongly that the parole process is being abused in this instance. Seventy-four-year-old John Clutchette's fate again rests in the hands of Governor Brown. I am asking you to do any/all…
