The Black Is Back Coalition held its’ National Conference with the theme of the 2016 Elections and The Struggle for Self-determination on April 9th in Harlem, NY.
Speakers included the Black Is Back Coalition’s Chairman Omali Yeshitela, Glen Ford of Black Agenda Report, Zaki Baruti of the Universal African People’s Organization, Nellie Bailey of the Harlem Tenants’ Council and others.
The event was filled with organizations and individuals from around the country who felt the need to have questions surrounding the 2016 U.S. presidential elections addressed from the perspective of the Black Is Back Coalition.
